Weekly Packages (“Racing+” and “AFL+”): If you have purchased the “Racing+” and “AFL+” weekly packages, you are eligible for a refund within 3 days of the purchase. To request a refund, please send an email to info@shadowofthepunter.com. Once we receive your request, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Monthly Packages (“Racing+”, “AFL+”, “Racing&AFL”): Customers who have purchased the “Racing+”, “AFL+”, or “Racing&AFL” monthly packages can receive a full refund if requested within 7 days after their payment has been successfully processed. To initiate a refund, please email us at info@shadowofthepunter.com. Once we receive your refund request, we will proceed with the necessary steps to issue the refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note the following important points:
- Refund requests must be made within the specified time frames mentioned above.
